Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Please allow additional processing time during peak periods or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high volume, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MajesticCaos is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure receipt.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Majestic Caos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges.

Special Policy for Honey Jar Orders

We offer complimentary storage for your honey jar order for up to 21 calendar days after purchase.

After 21 days, your order must be shipped out, and a shipping fee will apply.
If the shipping fee is not paid within 5 days of notice, the order will be discarded with no refund.
You may extend storage beyond 21 days by paying a $10 storage extension fee.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their storage period and complete payment for shipping or extension on time.
